Produce dozens of items by defining a single style.

The style has 12 different sizes and comes in 5 different colours - define the style and get the 60 items generated for you and completely linked to the style.

Colours change - so can the style

If a colour or size is dropped from the style you can exclude it as well without losing and of the connection of sales activity for what has been dropped.

Likewise, if a new colour or size is added, just grow the style.

Style vs individual items

Chreos keeps track of the Style but also also keeps track of the individual elements as if they had no connection to a style.  So you get the full reporting power of CHREOS at both levels.

Inventory

The Apparel module functions like an overlay of inventory in that it adds to how Inventory can be defined and replaces some of the screens.  It is possible to have a mix of Apparel and non-apparel items.  To have Apparel the Inventory module must also be licenced.

Debtors

Likewise with Debtors, in appropriate places you can enter via style grid or line by line.

Creditors

And likewise with Creditors, in appropriate places you can enter via style grid or line by line.

Websites

Websites that are integrated with Chreos and which display and/or sell products can have all the information required about the products loaded into Chreos.  This includes images and long descriptions.

Any changes made to the product in Chreos will then be reflected on the website.  As product is sold on the web the sales flow back into Chreos and inventory levels are adjusted accordingly.

If the Chreos licence includes Apparel then Styles and all their detail can also flow to the Web and be treated as a single item that the user then makes colour and size decisions about.
